Welcome

Welcome, and thank you for visiting.

I’m Alyson, a lead preschool teacher and early childhood caregiver offering thoughtful, structured support for infants, toddlers, and young children. My approach emphasizes steady routines, careful observation, and strong partnership with parents and care teams.

Like archery, meaningful care requires steadiness and intention. I pay close attention to each child’s environment and individual needs, making small, thoughtful adjustments that help children feel secure, understood, and confident as they grow.

This summer, I am open to the right long-term role with a private family, placement agency, or residential youth program seeking professional, compassionate care. If you would like to explore a potential opportunity, you’re welcome to book a 15-Minute Introduction Call.
