Welcome

Welcome, and thank you for visiting.

I’m Alyson, a childcare specialist and Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) candidate currently working as a Lead Preschool Teacher with experience spanning infants and toddlers through school-age and teens. I am seeking a long-term private nanny placement. My approach emphasizes steady routines, careful observation, and strong partnership with parents and care teams.

Like archery, meaningful care requires steadiness and intention. I pay close attention to each child’s environment and individual needs, making small, thoughtful adjustments that help children feel secure, understood, and confident as they grow.

I am open to the right long-term role with a private family, placement agency, or residential youth program seeking professional, compassionate care. If you’d like to connect or reconnect, you’re welcome to book a call.
